Winter Wedding at the Intercontinental The George

First up, I absolutely loved shooting this wedding! Amy and Conor are two of the easiest couples I’ve ever had to photograph. I mean look at them! They looked a million dollars and were a joy to be around. These guys joined me down at Yellowcraigs beach last year for their engagement session and I knew after 5 minutes of being with them we were going to get along just great. I loved that Amy hadn’t let any of her girls see her dress until the wedding day, it made for some brilliant moments when I set up a ‘first look’. Just look at those faces. Love it!

Amy and Conor were joined by family and friends in The Principal Hotel in Edinburgh’s George Street. A great venue where every part of your wedding will run like clockwork. Being right in the middle of town, we headed down to Queen Street Gardens, just a short walk away from the hotel. However, I found some of my favourite shots came from having A&C dance and kiss in the middle of busy traffic on the way back from the gardens.
